Sharole Lashe Negrete has been involved in every aspect of the dance community.  She is a certified judge (GPDIA and with Skippy Blair) with a history of judging  N.A.S.D.E. and W.S.D.C. swing events.  In Canada, she is a founding director of the North West Swing  Club.  In California, she was a past president and vice president  of The Next Generation Swing Dance Club, served as a director for Boogie By the Bay, a director of the US Open, and is a US Open Stockholder.
