2008 Americas' Amateur Novice Championship Events (AANCE)

Swing City Chicago is one of many events that has joined in supporting this a 'Novice Tour' to perpetuate the swing dance that we all have come to love.  Below is some additional info... be sure to visit the AANCE website.

PHASE 1:

Amateur novice and non-pro/intermediate level dancers attend, and compete, at an 'Amateur Novice Event' on the America's Amateur Novice Championship Events Tour(AANCE).  

Swing City Chicago is a qualifying event and is providing free Americas' Classic weekend passes as prizes to the winners of both of our novice divisions!

PHASE 2:

Winners at the local and regional events qualify to compete in the National Amateur Novice Championships held at the Americas' Classic event January 18-21, 2007.  Winners from all over the country will compete for the National Amateur Novice title.

This is an excellent opportunity for novice dancers to get involved in competition and also an excellent avenue to participate in a truly earned title as a national champion.
